Gum tragacanth is a natural powder used in commercial food processing to thicken, emulsify, and stabilize foods such as candy, ice cream, and sweet syrups. Gum tragacanth is also used in cake decorating to make gum paste more elastic.

This dummy was so much fun to make. I used the whimsical dummies sizes 6,8,10. Satin Ice Fondant colored in pink and turquiose. Quick rose cutter to make the top flower and blosom cutter for the small ones. The trims were strips and for the edges I used FMM straight frill cutter and crimpers for the joinining parts. I finished by Airbrushing with Pearl Airbrush. Once the dummies or cake are positioned let your imagination do the rest. All supplies found at dandgoccasions.com
